Local Comic Shop Day® is on Wednesday, November 24th.

For the second year in a row, Local Comic Shop Day® will land on a Wednesday. According to Marco Davanzo, Executive Director of ComicsPRO – the organization that runs Local Comic Shop Day®, “We moved Local Comic Shop Day® from Saturday to Wednesday last year and more stores participated. Because Wednesday is the day that new comics tradionally come out, it made a lot of sense to make that move”.

The goal of Local Comic Shop Day® is to get comic fans into their local shop for the holidays – to celebrate the local comic shop. It’s open to ALL comic stores. Stores do not need to register, although if they register they may get more exposure and potentially order additional items.
